Under his leadership, the company has pursued a model of vertical integration — design, construction, and delivery under one roof.

Engr. Saiful Alam Shuvo leads sales and client relations across Sam Luxuria Holdings' portfolio. He works directly with buyers from first enquiry through handover, ensuring every conversation reflects the standard the company builds to.
