LEADERSHIP
Founder
Henry Abu founded Sam Luxuria Holdings in 2021 with a singular conviction: Bangladesh deserves residential developments built to international standards, by a team that controls every stage of the process. Under his leadership, the company has pursued a model of vertical integration — design, construction, and delivery under one roof.
Executive Director
Engr. Saiful Alam Shuvo leads sales and client relations across Sam Luxuria Holdings' portfolio. He works directly with buyers from first enquiry through handover, ensuring every conversation reflects the standard the company builds to.
Manager, Operations
Engr. Muhammad Ibrahim oversees day-to-day operations across active developments — coordinating site progress, supply chains, and internal teams so each project stays on schedule and on standard.
Project Engineer
Engr. Md Kamal Hossen manages on-site engineering and technical delivery at Dolce Casa, working closely with PARC Integrate Ltd. to maintain quality control from structure through finishing.

PARC Integrate Ltd. is the sister company of Sam Luxuria Holdings — responsible for construction and project management across our developments.
