First-class brick envelope and partitions, laid to line
04 — Electrical Works
Concealed conduits and wiring, chased before plaster
05 — Grill & Railing
Security grills and balcony metalwork, primed and fitted
06 — Plumbing & Sanitary
Supply, drainage, and fixtures, pressure-tested
07 — Tiles
Floors and wet areas set with calibrated spacing
08 — Paint
Putty, primer, and finish coats over cured plaster
09 — Glass Works
Windows and glazing sealed against monsoon weather
10 — Landscaping
Green space, entry, and rooftop garden planted
11 — Lighting
Fixtures and scene lighting — the final switch-on

Fixtures & sanitaryware
Tapware, basins, and bathroom suites sourced from Italy — where generations of ceramic and brass craft set the benchmark for what residents touch every day.
HANDPICKED
Everything else
Porcelain, stone, veneer, glazing, and hardware — each evaluated on quality, durability, and coherence with the residence. We choose what meets our standard, not what meets a budget line.

01 — Quality Control
Every stage inspected against documented standards. From structural work to finishing, nothing proceeds without sign-off from our in-house team.
02 — On-Site Teams
Our construction crews are employed directly by Sam Luxuria Holdings. No layers of subcontracting — one team accountable to one standard.
03 — Safety Standards
Site safety is non-negotiable. Protocols are enforced daily, with regular audits and training to protect every worker on every project.
04 — Project Management
In partnership with PARC Integrate Ltd., our sister company, we maintain rigorous scheduling, cost control, and stakeholder communication throughout the build cycle.
